Overview

You need food safety training if you work in catering, the food trade, your own food business or your own catering company even if the business is very small.If you’re running your own catering business, you need to understand food hygiene laws and regulations and you must register with your local authority. Your local authority will check if you’ve an up-to-date food safety or food hygiene training certificate.Our team of experienced, competent and supportive tutors can help you achieve your food safety qualification.
